The third networking conference of the BMBF funding „Cultural Education in Rural Areas“ took place from September 7 to 9, 2022. The theme of the conference is „Quo vadis #KuBiLand?! From concept to affect – educating and exploring cultural diversity“. In this context, Birgit Althans and Fiona Schrading presented the progress of our project.
There was also an exciting talk by Professor Gabrielle Ivinson from Manchester Metropolitan University showing how a posthuman/new materialism paradigm can change our perception of research and enable a different approach and way of producing knowledge. As well as by Dr. Kenneth Anders, cultural historian, co-founder of the Office for Landscape Communication and program director of the Oderbruch Museum Altranft, provided insights into his work as a practitioner, networker, and stimulator.
